You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The product must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required.

How to Start a Return

Contact our customer support team at support@divinesword.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos/videos if the item is damaged or defective.
Our team will respond within 24 business hours with detailed return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, Divine Sword will cover the return shipping costs or provide a replacement immediately.
Change of Mind / Customer Preference: If you choose to return an item due to personal preference, the buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds & Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
