Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Origin All orders are shipped from China via international carriers (e.g., YunExpress, 4PX, ePacket, or similar).

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak seasons.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Divine Sword is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at xjym6412@163.com. We will investigate and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
